Dariel Janerette
Dariel Janerette is an accomplished attorney and policy consultant who has served as an advisor to elected officials, faith-based leaders, legal and medical professionals, organizations, small businesses, and non-profits providing strategic counsel to help individuals and organizations navigate challenging issues for 30 years. Dariel has secured favorable results for her clients in business, personal injury, consumer protection, and employment matters. She has reviewed existing policies, drafted policy opinions, and influenced policy decisions.
Rest assured, all legal matters do not have to be resolved in court. Dariel is a mediator who has served as an arbitrator with the Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Center for 20 years and hearing officer presiding over major disciplinary matters for the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority for 19 years.
Recognized as a catalyst for change, Dariel is a policy advisor to the Center for Global Africa. She has authored impactful policy briefs, influenced school disciplinary policies, designed the protocol for the statewide investigation of government employees employment complaints, and served on the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Dariel earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration from University of Delaware, Juris Doctor (JD), along with Master of Laws in Corporate and Finance Law (LLM), from Delaware Law, and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University.
